INITIAL SERVICES

Start focused. Review every job.

Brake work and oil changes can use preliminary packages. Diagnostics, engine concerns, and other symptoms begin with review and a conversation—not an unverified parts list.

01Shop or mobile when eligible

Oil changes

  • Oil and filter replacement
  • Correct oil specification and capacity review
  • Maintenance-light reset when supported
  • Basic visual check during service
02Many routine jobs may be mobile

Brake service

  • Brake inspection
  • Pads and rotors
  • Routine front or rear axle service
  • Related concerns reviewed before scheduling
03Diagnosis first; no repair parts assumed

Diagnostics

  • Warning-light and symptom review
  • Starting and charging concerns
  • Noise and drivability evaluation
  • Next-step recommendation before repair approval
04Review before accepting or estimating repair

Engine concern / other

  • Customer describes symptoms in plain language
  • Recent work and warning lights reviewed
  • Email conversation before scheduling
  • Parts and repair labor quoted only after verification

Not listed? Choose “Engine concern / other,” describe the symptoms, and wait for a reply. The request does not mean the job is accepted, and repair parts are not priced until the issue is verified.

Appointment-only shop service

The work location is in the Fort Bragg area with restricted access. Customer access, possible vehicle pickup, and the final work location are reviewed for each appointment and are not promised by the calculator.

Route-reviewed mobile service

Mileage creates only an illustrative travel allowance. Before the written estimate, the actual route is checked online for drive time, traffic patterns, base access, work-site safety, and scheduling. A nearby mileage total does not guarantee mobile availability, and a longer trip is not automatically rejected.

Customer-supplied parts

Parts must be inspected and accepted before work. The shop does not provide a parts warranty for customer-supplied items. Any workmanship warranty must be stated separately. Wrong, defective, incomplete, or delayed parts may cause additional authorized labor or rescheduling; there is no blanket waiver.
